“Billie Jean & the DEATH RABBITS”

2023年結成。サックス＆ヴォーカル Billie Jean を中心に、市川空(ピアノ/キーボード)、

冨樫マコト(ベース)、Dennis Lwabu(ドラム)で構成される。

ジャズを骨格にファンク/ロック/即興を融合させ、

アートとパンクの鋭利なエッジを効かせた実験的サウンド。

2025年8月、1stシングル 「Alien Song」 をEryngii recordsよりリリース。

ライブでは想定外のグルーヴと即興が交錯し、カオティックな世界観を織りなす。

 

“Billie Jean & the DEATH RABBITS”

Led by saxophonist & vocalist Billie Jean since 2023.

The band creates an experimental soundscape with Sora Ichikawa (piano/keyboards) , Makoto Togashi (bass) , and Dennis Lwabu (drums).

Rooted in jazz, their music unleashes rock, funk, and improvisation, infused with a sharp art-punk edge. 

Their 1st single “Alien Song” dropped in August 2025 from Eryngii records. 

Live shows combine explosive grooves and improvisation, pulling audiences into a chaotic journey through sonic experimentation.
